Morley Archives sucessfully documents a fragile document for all time......

Following on the sucessful test Morley Digital did of the visualiser being used to copy fragile documents and books, in the previous post.

The image here is Dr Clive McManus using a new visualiser which the Morley Archives group has purchased

Clive and Ian Scholes tested the new Kitchbai (manufacturer's name) Visualiser using the fast computer which MCA has got in the library.

Clive, said, "It worked a treat and we copied the whole of a fragile archive of ca 160 pages in 2 hours. Next is the jolly task of sorting them out into a PDF."

"This model of visualiser will also record video with pictures and sound."

"We like it very much and think we can do a number of interesting useful things with it."
